Sue and the Southern seas

Created by Murray 12 years ago
To experience how another lives gives one an enhanced appreciation of one's own existence. Not lost on Sue, she packed her bags and, in 1985, traveled to New Zealand for a bicycle tour ... top to bottom (of the islands that is). Her enjoyment and enthusiasm for her downunder compatriots, furthered in a journey across the Tasman Sea the following year to tropical Australia, where she graciously took charge of the galley on her first live aboard dive boat. The Great Barrier Reef enchanted her, as it tends to do to so many. Sue took no quarter in trading skis for scuba. Thus began another adventure for this "Alice" of the waters (frozen or heated). While working on one of the largest live aboard dive boats in Australia at the time, Sue met her life long companion from Kiwiland, Murray Bain, a scuba instructor and director of the diving operations. Together they played, explored, traveled, and, need I say, fell in love.
